What you will do
- Define and maintain the supply chain AI transformation roadmap and initiative portfolio.
- Lead AI pilots and proofs of concept from ideation through deployment, scaling, monitoring, and optimization.
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, digital teams, and business stakeholders to deliver AI, machine learning, generative AI, and automation solutions.
- Establish AI governance frameworks, guardrails, standards, and responsible AI practices.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, value realization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build an AI community of practice through workshops, training, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, computer science, data science, business, information systems, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience leading AI, digital transformation, advanced analytics, automation, or technology-enabled business initiatives in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or related domains.
- Experience deploying AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions from concept through production.
- Experience establishing AI governance frameworks, standards, and controls while balancing innovation, risk, and business value.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including cross-functional leadership and organizational adoption.
- Experience developing AI adoption frameworks, communities of practice, or training initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience in large-scale global organizations with advanced AI, digital, supply chain, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, or e-commerce capabilities.
- Experience supporting enterprise AI centers of excellence, innovation teams, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience leading AI or data science teams.
