DoW SkillBridge Fellowship - Intelligence Analyst (Threat Management Unit)

Location: Vienna, Virginia, United States (Hybrid)

Estimated full-time salary: $78,400–$163,100 per year. DoW/DoD SkillBridge participants are not compensated by Navy Federal and continue receiving military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members.

What you will do

• Lead the Intelligence Analysis team by setting priorities, standards, and workflows.
• Conduct complex investigations, advanced threat assessments, and all-source security analysis.
• Collect, validate, and analyze open-source, social media, proprietary, behavioral, technical, and investigative data.
• Identify sophisticated threat patterns, indicators, and anomalies across cyber, physical, and human domains.
• Develop actionable intelligence products and deliver executive-level briefings.
• Support insider threat, counterintelligence, protective intelligence, executive protection, investigations, and physical security operations.

Requirements

• Applicants must be transitioning service members participating in the DoW/DoD SkillBridge program.
• Experience as an intelligence or corporate security analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in security, intelligence, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience supporting corporate security, insider threat programs, fraud investigations, or enterprise risk management.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Employee Relations partners.
• Experience in an Intelligence Community, law enforcement, military intelligence, or corporate security organization.

Nice to have

• Significant experience as an all-source intelligence, corporate security, or investigations analyst.
• Master’s degree in intelligence, security studies, criminal justice, psychology, or a related discipline.
• Active or prior security clearance.
• USG intelligence analysis training, including classified systems and analytical programs.
• Threat management or protection certifications such as CTM or CPP.
