Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, with in-office days Tuesday–Thursday

What you will do

• Build and maintain tools, actions, and APIs used by AI agents.
• Develop reliable orchestration systems for multi-step, multi-agent workflows.
• Own scalable data ingestion pipelines for bringing customer data into the platform.
• Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, and other third-party AI APIs and services.
• Own projects end to end, from design through deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Production experience building with LLMs or AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Experience with agent frameworks, tool-calling systems, or AI orchestration layers.
• Experience designing and operating data ingestion or ETL pipelines.
• Strong backend fundamentals with full-stack capability using Python, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript.
• Ability to work with high autonomy and take ownership in an early-stage environment.
