Fullstack AI Engineer (Agentic Systems)

Salary: $180,000 – $400,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Design and build agentic systems for automating workflows in healthcare, legal, fintech, and logistics.
• Own production RAG pipelines, including vector databases, embeddings, and indexing infrastructure.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling, memory, and reasoning components.
• Develop evaluation and safety infrastructure to ensure enterprise-level trust and reliability.
• Ship full-stack AI products from MVP to enterprise-grade, managing the entire lifecycle from API design to deployment.
• Collaborate with founders to define success metrics and iterate based on user feedback.

Requirements

• 2–8 years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping products.
• Hands-on production experience deploying LLM-based services, including prompt design and orchestration.
• Full-stack proficiency in Python and TypeScript/React.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Solid working knowledge of RAG patterns, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agent frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Temporal or Trigger.
• Background in multi-tenant systems or regulated industries.
