Location: Tufts Medical Center and emergency departments in Lowell, Massachusetts

Salary: $133,120–$166,400 per year

What you will do

• Provide acute care in an emergency department setting.
• Work independently while delivering compassionate patient care.
• Manage patient volume and control patient flow.
• Use the fully integrated EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Support teaching for PA and medical students in the emergency department.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current Massachusetts Physician Assistant license required.
• Current Massachusetts Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA certificate required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 1–2 years of emergency department experience as a Physician Assistant, or successful completion of an emergency department PA residency or fellowship.
• Strong people skills and the ability to manage a high-volume acute care environment.
