Investment Platform Associate Director, APAC (Investment Management): Driving regional strategy execution, governance, business planning, and cross-functional initiatives for an APAC investment platform with an accent on investment operations, technology, data, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on translating strategic objectives into measurable plans, improving investor workflows, and coordinating complex initiatives across regional and global investment functions.
Location: Central Singapore, Singapore; office attendance 4 days per week with flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week

What you will do
- Translate APAC Investment Platform strategy into actionable plans aligned with global investment priorities.
- Track KPIs, identify obstacles, and develop solutions for strategic, transformational, and growth initiatives.
- Lead business planning with Functional Associate Directors and APAC Directors, partnering with Finance on cost, resource, productivity, and performance insights.
- Drive cross-platform initiatives that improve investment capabilities, infrastructure, operating models, and workflows.
- Partner with technology, business intelligence, and COO teams to improve tools, data flows, and investor decision-making.
- Coordinate regional governance, leadership meetings, global initiatives, steering groups, and communication between APAC and global platform partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years working closely with investment professionals.
- Strong understanding of research, portfolio management, and investment processes across asset classes.
- Strategic judgment, consulting orientation, and the ability to diagnose issues, iterate solutions, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, commercial, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
- Ability to independently prioritize and deliver multiple complex initiatives while managing critical operational details.
- Deep interest in the investment industry and experience working effectively in a collaborative global environment.
