What you will do

• Provide technical support to SEL staff and customers.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of SEL processes and technologies.
• Test new and existing technologies.
• Document and communicate test results.
• Apply SEL values, operating principles, and World Class Manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• Experience with programming and script files.
• Practical knowledge of three-phase power systems, SEL protective relays, and automation controllers.
• Working knowledge of emulators and logic analyzers.
• Ability to use Microsoft Windows, serial-port terminal emulation software, and Microsoft Visio.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills, along with the ability to learn new skills and work cooperatively in a team.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results are required.
