What you will do

• Provide technical support to staff and customers.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of company processes and technologies.
• Test new and existing technologies.
• Document and communicate test results.
• Apply company operating and manufacturing principles while collaborating with the team.

Requirements

• Experience with programming and script files.
• Practical knowledge of 3-phase power systems, protective relays, and automation controllers.
• Working knowledge of emulators and logic analyzers.
• Ability to use Microsoft Windows, serial port terminal emulation software, and Microsoft Visio.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills, with the ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results.
