ETF Portfolio Manager, Associate (ETF)

Location: New York, NY, United States; onsite office location in New York

Salary: USD 100,000–170,000 base annually, with potential discretionary bonus eligibility for active employees at fiscal year-end.

What you will do

• Oversee and manage ETF portfolios, including rebalancing, cash management, risk management, and daily portfolio activities.
• Work with ETF market makers on primary-market creations and redemptions.
• Deliver tax-efficient outcomes across portfolios.
• Collaborate on the research and development of new ETF products and strategies and enhancements to existing products.
• Conduct industry and competitive analysis and contribute to systems development and other selected projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of practical experience in portfolio management activities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of ETF products and the ETF ecosystem.
• Experience with Python or other programming languages.
