Location: 45 Resnick Road, Plymouth, Massachusetts, United States; outpatient practice with in-office and telehealth appointments.

Salary: $124,800–$156,000 per year.

• Provide outpatient primary care and internal medicine services to adult patients.
• Conduct same-day and routinely scheduled in-office or telehealth appointments.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or approved Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner licenses in Massachusetts required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Patient-centered approach with a focus on high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Passion for primary care and ability to work cooperatively across disciplines.
