What you will do

  • Execute patient identification, screening, diagnosis acceleration, patient journey, and patient support initiatives for the global FIND strategy.
  • Develop omnichannel patient engagement campaigns, digital platforms, educational resources, and patient advocacy activities.
  • Support HCP brand positioning, messaging, go-to-market tactics, digital campaigns, and educational initiatives for branded and unbranded programs.
  • Coordinate the development, regulatory review, localization, and deployment of HCP marketing materials across US and EU country teams.
  • Support congress strategy, field tools, training materials, and collection of HCP and market insights.
  • Coordinate agencies, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and brand planning administration across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries, including HCP and patient marketing.
  • Required experience executing omnichannel and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of promotional regulations and compliance requirements for branded and unbranded materials.
  • Strong execution, project management, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization with senior stakeholders and US and EU country teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a science or healthcare background is advantageous.

Nice to have

  • Experience in rare disease, specialty care, or launch environments.
  • Experience supporting patient finding or identification programs and disease awareness campaigns.
  • Experience working with US and EU country teams.
