Base salary: $175,000 per year

What you will do

• Support live M&A transactions and client engagements alongside experienced banking professionals.
• Drive multiple workstreams forward in partnership with analysts.
• Analyze complex datasets and identify trends using tools such as Capital IQ and FactSet.
• Prepare accurate, client-ready analysis and presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Translate financial analysis into actionable insights and recommendations for deal strategy.
• Build exposure to the full lifecycle of multiple client engagements.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Strong academic performance and relevant prior work experience.
• Working knowledge of the income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet and their interconnections.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including formulas, data validation, tables, and conditional formatting.
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and ownership of outcomes.
• Comfort using and directing AI tools while maintaining responsibility for quality, accuracy, and judgment.
