Fullstack Engineer (Python)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems for data capture, shared platform models, event pipelines, asynchronous workers, APIs, and AI workflows.
• Deliver technical projects spanning multiple services and domains.
• Build client-facing React and TypeScript experiences for AI-led investigations and operational workflows.
• Debug production and customer issues involving data correctness, API behavior, asynchronous failures, scale, performance, and compliance-sensitive processes.
• Contribute through design reviews, code reviews, pairing, technical writing, and pragmatic technical decisions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience building full-stack systems and owning specific technical areas.
• Strong Python experience, including typed code, testing, and production debugging.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks; TypeScript and JavaScript experience is highly valued.
• Operational experience with relational databases; PostgreSQL experience is preferred.
• Cloud-native deployment experience, especially AWS, is highly advantageous.
• Experience with distributed or asynchronous systems, queues, workers, retries, idempotency, rate limits, failure recovery, APIs, and integrations is highly valued.

Nice to have

• Python data modeling experience.
• Experience with structured LLM outputs, evaluations, token budgets, embeddings, vector search, local models, or agent workflows.
