Go Lang Developer (Cloud Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day 24/7 support for cloud infrastructure delivering IP-based DVR and live linear video.
• Automate and improve infrastructure operations in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Support deployments of new services and capacity expansions.
• Develop and maintain capacity models for the growing cloud architecture.
• Participate in the design and planning of future products and services for the client’s IP video platform.
• Troubleshoot production and pre-production applications, monitor system health, and document operational procedures and standards.

Requirements

• Experience with Go, MemSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with a scripting language such as Python, Perl, or Bash.
• Familiarity with monitoring or logging tools such as Splunk, OP5, Nagios, or DynaTrace.
• 5+ years of service operations experience and experience with diverse software and hardware environments.
• Experience with Linux, Couchbase, cloud services, video transcoding, video stream package management, and DRM technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, design, problem-solving, and ownership skills in a fast-paced agile environment.
