Intermediate JavaScript Developer (React)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global HQ in San Diego, CA, or the Las Vegas, NV office

Salary: $25.00–$34.62 per hour, plus eligible discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 5% each.

What you will do

• Build and maintain responsive, accessible web pages and reusable components with React and Next.js.
• Integrate frontend templates with headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Sanity, or Strapi.
• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize websites, including build configurations, environment variables, and deployment previews.
• Translate Figma designs into clean frontend code and resolve cross-browser inconsistencies.
• Write basic tests, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with designers, content editors, and developers.
• Maintain documentation for components, workflows, and CMS content models.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional or project experience in web development.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with React; Next.js experience is a plus, with willingness to learn required.
• Familiarity with Git and basic version-control workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Ability to work onsite at either the San Diego or Las Vegas office.
