Location: Bayan Lepas, Malaysia; onsite at Bayan Lepas PN2

What you will do

  • Work rotating 12-hour shifts.
  • Perform preventive and upkeep maintenance on manufacturing machines.
  • Maintain accurate equipment maintenance records.
  • Respond as the first line of defense to unscheduled machine downtime and quality issues.
  • Collaborate with different departments to improve operational efficiency.
  • Document major equipment downtime, including chronological events and actions taken, and provide feedback.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any engineering discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of automation and control systems.
  • Ability to respond to sudden changes and work under pressure to restore machines at short notice.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants with no more than five years of work experience are encouraged to apply.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control.
