Senior Water / Wastewater Project Manager

Location: Florida, with a focus on Orlando and Central Florida

What you will do

• Scope, plan, manage, direct, and monitor medium to large drinking water and wastewater projects and contracts.
• Lead client-facing delivery and supervise engineers and CAD professionals.
• Develop master plans, preliminary engineering reports, design criteria, schematics, specifications, detailed designs, and cost estimates.
• Oversee drawings, QA/QC plans, risk management plans, and technical compliance activities.
• Work with project owners to deliver against project expectations.
• Support client management, pursuit planning, proposals, interviews, and business development strategy.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in water and wastewater engineering.
• Exceptional technical background in drinking water and wastewater project delivery.
• Ability to lead and supervise engineering and CAD teams.
• Experience with detailed design, engineering reports, specifications, drawings, and cost estimates.
• Ability to perform detailed design work when required to support projects.
• Experience collaborating with clients, project managers, leadership, and technical staff.
