Vice President, Evergreen Product Operations

Location: London; hybrid work arrangement with regular office attendance and 18 remote workdays per quarter, subject to manager approval.

What you will do

• Manage daily operations for non-US evergreen products, including cash management, credit facilities, and depositary oversight.
• Provide regulatory support covering Annex IV, EMIR, CSSF reporting, PRIIPs, and future regulatory developments.
• Support governance activities, board meetings, commercial agreements, and collaboration with legal.
• Support product launches, new share classes, and platform onboarding from operational and regulatory perspectives.
• Lead the development and enhancement of processes and infrastructure for current and future products.
• Partner with Investor Relations, Private Wealth, Product, Portfolio Management, investment specialists, and third-party providers on due diligence, investor queries, and product operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in fund, product, or investment operations, or a related private markets role.
• Strong understanding of evergreen and private market fund mechanics and interdependencies.
• Hands-on experience with the European regulatory and commercial landscape for private markets; UCITS experience is a plus.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills required.
• Broad understanding of fund operations, governance, private wealth, intermediaries, platforms, and data-vendor relationships.
• Strong organizational, analytical, execution, collaboration, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

• Experience with UCITS.
• Additional language skills.
• Degree or equivalent experience.
