Performance Fitter - Ann Arbor, MI

Location: CG - Field - US; Ann Arbor, MI. The role involves frequent travel within the assigned territory, occasional travel to surrounding territories, and occasional travel to events and trade shows.

Pay rate: $16.50–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct hirify.global and Odyssey product fitting days and deliver an outstanding consumer experience.
• Set up and take down fitting displays, tents, carts, equipment, and other event materials.
• Conduct customer fittings using Callaway protocols, launch monitors, and provided tools.
• Explain product features, advantages, and benefits to consumers and provide personalized specifications.
• Run and train on the Odyssey Fits Tool and apply selling techniques.
• Communicate event accomplishments, challenges, and lessons learned to the Outside Sales Representative.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service, verbal communication, written communication, leadership, and professionalism.
• Ability to learn product characteristics, distinguish features and benefits, and present technical information to diverse audiences.
• Valid driver's license, proper insurance for the resident state, and a driving record meeting company criteria.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work primarily outdoors.
• Availability for scheduled weekdays and weekends during the golf season; typical event days last 5–6 hours.

Nice to have

• Golf knowledge, golf club fitting experience, and launch monitor experience.
• One year of retail or golf shop selling experience.
• Understanding of the green-grass or off-course retail golf business.
• Knowledge of previous Callaway products and geographic knowledge of the territory.
• A vehicle large enough to carry 15–20 golf bags and display tents, preferably an SUV or minivan.
