Maintenance Tech (HVAC)

Location: Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol, United States; onsite maintenance role with flexible shifts, weekends, holidays, and unusual hours.

Salary: $14–$19 per hour

Provides maintenance and facility support for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance across HVAC-R, electronic, electrical, air, water, and equipment systems.
• Respond to general maintenance service calls and complete assigned work orders.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, doors, furniture, flooring, drywall, and office partitions.
• Set up and dismantle events safely and according to diagrams, including moving furniture and equipment.
• Document completed work and maintain service requests, technical logs, and daily records.
• Provide guest service, build guest relations, and support departmental events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools, spray equipment, hazardous-material safety, and light motorized equipment.
• Ability to operate an aerial lift and climb extension ladders to heights of 20 feet or more.
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass background and drug screening checks.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses and certifications required by federal, state, and Virginia Lottery regulations.
• Must be available for flexible shifts, weekends, holidays, and unusual hours.

Nice to have

• HVAC certification.
• Valid driver's license meeting company vehicle requirements.
