What you will do

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise SharePoint solutions for collaboration, document management, and business process automation.
• Build SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, workflows, and forms.
• Develop custom SharePoint Framework components using modern web technologies.
• Create Power Automate workflows and Power Apps, and integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot application, configuration, and performance issues while supporting platform modernization.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, produce technical documentation, and follow security and governance standards.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• 5+ years of experience developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft SharePoint solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Power Automate, Power Apps, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
• Experience designing SharePoint sites, workflows, forms, document management solutions, and security permissions.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, or hybrid SharePoint environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Government, including GCC or GCC High, or other secure enterprise environments.
• PowerShell, SharePoint administration, Azure, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Dataverse experience.
• Experience with governance, records management, document lifecycle solutions, or federal and classified environments.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, or the Power Platform.
