Performance Fitter - South Jersey and Delaware (Golf)

Location: Field-based role in the US, covering South Jersey and Delaware; frequent travel within the territory and occasional travel to surrounding territories and events is required.

Pay rate: $18.50 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct product fitting days and create a strong customer experience from setup through event completion.
• Set up and take down fitting displays, tents, carts, equipment, and marketing materials according to company protocols.
• Conduct golf club fittings using Callaway’s fitting protocol, launch monitor, and other provided tools.
• Explain hirify.global and Odyssey product features, benefits, and fitting concepts to consumers.
• Run and train on the Odyssey Fits Tool, apply selling techniques, and provide personalized product specifications.
• Communicate event results, challenges, and lessons learned to the Outside Sales Representative.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, leadership, and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to learn product characteristics, distinguish features and benefits, and present technical information to diverse consumers.
• Valid driver’s license and proper insurance for the resident state; driving record must meet company criteria.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work primarily outdoors.
• Availability for scheduled weekdays and weekends during the golf season, with a varied part-time schedule.

Nice to have

• Golf knowledge, golf club fitting experience, and launch monitor experience.
• Retail golf or golf shop selling experience.
• Knowledge of Callaway products and the retail golf business.
• Vehicle large enough to transport 15–20 golf bags and display tents, such as an SUV or minivan.
