Performance Fitter - Naples, FL

Location: CG - Field - US; Naples, Florida. Part-time seasonal work with frequent travel within the assigned territory and occasional travel to surrounding territories, events, and trade shows.

Pay rate: $16.50–$20.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Conduct product fitting days and deliver a strong customer experience from setup through completion.
• Set up and take down fitting carts, tents, displays, equipment, and marketing materials according to Callaway protocols.
• Use launch monitors and other tools to conduct golf club fittings and provide personalized product specifications.
• Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of hirify.global and Odyssey products.
• Run and train on the Odyssey Fits Tool and apply selling techniques.
• Communicate event results, challenges, and lessons learned with the Outside Sales Representative.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong golf knowledge, communication, customer service, leadership, and professionalism skills.
• Ability to learn product characteristics, fitting concepts, and the full Callaway product line.
• Valid driver’s license, proper insurance for the resident state, and a driving record meeting company criteria.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work primarily outdoors.
• Availability for scheduled weekdays and weekends during the golf season, with frequent territory travel.

Nice to have

• Golf club fitting knowledge and launch monitor experience.
• Retail golf or golf shop selling experience.
• Knowledge of past Callaway products and the retail golf business.
• A vehicle large enough to carry 15–20 golf bags and display tents, such as an SUV or minivan.
