What you will do

• Complete closing and escrow processes for commercial real estate transactions.
• Communicate with multiple parties across different locations to coordinate successful closings.
• Work cross-functionally to monitor and mitigate transaction risk.
• Collaborate with clients to provide customer service and resolve unique transaction issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of escrow or title experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
