Biomarker and Precision Medicine Lead

Location: Office-based in the US or France; listed locations include Cambridge, MA and Morristown, NJ.

Salary: $178,500–$257,833 per year

What you will do

• Develop biomarker and precision medicine strategies for research and development projects in Immunology & Inflammation.
• Design clinical biomarker implementation approaches using omics, bioimaging, and other platforms.
• Identify and validate biomarkers for patient selection, molecular activity, response monitoring, and clinical outcomes.
• Lead translational medicine sub-teams, coordinate studies, manage timelines and budgets, and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Interpret complex clinical and non-clinical datasets and evaluate methodologies for biomarker data generation.
• Collaborate with research scientists, clinicians, data scientists, external experts, and research partners; contribute to regulatory documents and publications.

Requirements

• MD, MD/PhD, or PhD with 5+ years of translational and/or clinical research experience.
• Expertise in immunology, preferably involving dermatologic and/or respiratory diseases.
• Strong understanding of biomarker development and implementation in clinical trials.
• Experience with multiple biomarker platforms and technologies and a proven translational research record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in an office-based role in the US or France.
