Sr Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $120,000–$144,000 per year

What you will do

• Participate in the full application lifecycle, including coding, debugging, design, deployment, and maintenance.
• Lead code and design reviews while maintaining development standards and planning reliable daily operations.
• Build reusable code, libraries, functional web applications, and API-first software with scalable integrations.
• Configure environments, monitor system health, optimize performance, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Develop unit, UI automation, and integration tests and improve test coverage, development tools, and code structure.
• Provide technical support, mentoring, training, and on-call incident response for internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related software development experience, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong object-oriented programming experience with Java or C# and proven fullstack development experience.
• Experience with React or Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, cloud-native infrastructure, and the full software development process.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, caching mechanisms, REST API best practices, monitoring, production support, and performance optimization.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment sponsorship is not available. Ability to participate in an on-call rotation is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS products in the technology or financial industries.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS with Kubernetes.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry or Vue.
