Principal, Business Intelligence Developer

Location: Hybrid work at the TM HQ office in Huntington Beach, United States; limited travel of less than 10% may be required.

Salary: $113,200–$169,600 USD annual.

What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Analytics Cloud applications for planning and analytics.
• Implement and support SAP business intelligence solutions across multiple business areas.
• Manage project life-cycle phases including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Produce and review technical designs, architecture, test plans, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate project tasks, estimates, status reporting, and collaboration with business partners.
• Investigate performance issues and system anomalies while managing support policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of SAP BI implementation experience, including 3 or more years of hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud experience.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP BI data modeling, data staging, data extraction, and logical and physical database design.
• Experience with SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, Analysis for Office, and SAP ABAP.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and advanced data cleansing, transformation, aggregation, and validation skills.
• Strong Finance and Sales business process knowledge, project planning ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent additional work experience.
