Project Specialist (Eclipse)

What you will do

• Set up and maintain project job files according to established documentation standards.
• Keep customer purchase orders, sales orders, vendor purchase orders, cut sheets, correspondence, change orders, specifications, delivery schedules, invoices, and acknowledgements current.
• Release projects for shipment after receiving written customer authorization.
• Expedite vendor shipments and track delivery to customers within agreed-upon time frames.
• Build professional relationships with customers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Previous customer-facing experience, preferably with contractors or vendors.
• Experience working with Eclipse systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively.
• Transportation available for meetings outside the office; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. and workweeks exceeding 40 hours may be required.

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
