Project Specialist (Home Improvement)

Location: Phoenix, AZ; on-site

Salary: $22/hour with bonus opportunities

National direct-to-consumer home improvement provider operating through the hirify.global brand and a network of regional remodeling companies.

What you will do

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Install Manager throughout the project life cycle.
• Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with customers, installers, vendors, and internal staff.
• Create job folders, communicate with customers, process sale and contract orders, and upload contract documentation daily.
• Schedule installation dates and service requests, order job materials, and pull building permits.
• Coordinate labor, including employees and subcontractors, to help keep installations on schedule.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an office environment.
• Experience with scheduling and direct customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and problem-resolution skills.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs, with the ability to learn additional software.
