Equipment Maintenance Technician - Weekend (Manufacturing)

Location: Pullman, Washington, United States; onsite role

Salary: $25.96–$38.37 per hour

What you will do

• Perform basic preventive maintenance on production equipment under moderate direction.
• Evaluate equipment condition and escalate required corrective actions.
• Record accurate maintenance information in the equipment database.
• Apply company operating and manufacturing principles.
• Work cooperatively with the production and maintenance team.

Requirements

• Ability to understand directions, learn new skills quickly, and take on new responsibilities.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 40 pounds and perform reaching, bending, gripping, twisting, and fine-finger tasks.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for at least 8 hours.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment.
• Basic knowledge of programming automated production equipment.
• Basic knowledge of printed circuit board assembly, mechanical assembly, and cable assembly processes.
