Werkstudent (f/m/d), Commercial Operations (Biotech)

Location: Munich, Germany. The role follows hirify.global's 70/30 work model, with 70% of work conducted in the office. Depending on student status and availability, the engagement may be a working-student role or a full-time compulsory internship.

What you will do

• Support Market Access, Marketing and Omnichannel, Communications, and Regulatory Affairs teams with operational and strategic tasks.
• Develop and manage stakeholder maps, reporting structures, tailored databases, and other operational tools.
• Conduct ad-hoc web research and support project-specific information needs.
• Create, design, translate, and localize presentations and communication materials.
• Support conferences, internal meetings, digital content management, and Marketing/Omnichannel Content Creation initiatives.
• Take ownership of sub-projects and contribute to daily cross-functional workflows.

Requirements

• Master's student enrolled at an accredited college or university, preferably in pharmacy, healthcare, business, biotech management, health economics, marketing, or business administration.
• Interest in biology and/or immunology.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, learning-oriented attitude.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office software and an affinity for AI.
• Outstanding communication skills in German and English are required.
