Digital Advertising Specialist (Google Ads/Facebook Ads)

Location: Remote in Canada; Montreal, Quebec is preferred.

Salary: $59,200–$71,050 annually.

What you will do

• Onboard new advertising clients in collaboration with the sales team.
• Identify client objectives and develop aligned online advertising strategies and budgets.
• Create Google Ads campaigns primarily through the company API and create Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Measure campaign performance and optimize underperforming campaigns to improve returns.
• Adapt campaigns to changing client needs and proactively resolve campaign-related concerns.
• Produce monthly reports using the API and support additional SEM team responsibilities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Google Ads certification and two years of experience.
• Strong analytical, workload management, and time management skills.
• Understanding of website campaign performance tracking.
