What you will do

  • Provide academic, clinical, and administrative leadership for the radiologic technology program.
  • Design and deliver curriculum integrating didactic and clinical education.
  • Manage faculty, coordinate clinical partnerships, and support effective program operations.
  • Oversee accreditation, assessment, program outcomes, and continuous quality improvement processes.
  • Monitor student success, licensure pass rates, and job placement through data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as a liaison between the institution, accrediting bodies, and healthcare partners.

Requirements

  • For Lecturer appointment: a master’s degree in Radiologic Technology, at least one year of clinical experience, and at least one year as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
  • For Assistant Professor appointment: a doctoral degree in Radiologic Technology, three years of clinical experience, and two years as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
  • Current ARRT certification and registration, or an equivalent radiography credential.
  • Proficiency in curriculum design, evaluation, instruction, program administration, and academic advising.
  • U.S. work eligibility is required at the time of hire; pre-employment sponsorship is unavailable.
  • Ability to travel, work beyond normal office hours, maintain confidentiality, and supervise employees.
