What you will do
- Analyze, evaluate, and resolve varied technical quality problems.
- Investigate external customer complaints and internal non-conformances to determine root causes and communicate findings.
- Implement Statistical Process Control, Statistical Quality Control, and manufacturing and laboratory quality practices.
- Monitor and control critical process variables and test methods affecting product properties, specifications, and customer performance.
- Design fixtures and processes that support product quality programs.
- Research benchmarks, implement best practices, and support the Responsible Care Management System in line with RC14001 requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or university degree in Science or Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of technical quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality assurance techniques, manufacturing process controls, product uniformity, variation, and QA/QC problem-solving methods.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and ISO compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
