Engineering Graduate (Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Waterford, Ireland; full-time onsite work with some opportunity to work from home depending on the role and business needs.

hirify.global operates a biopharmaceutical and medical device campus in Waterford supporting the manufacture of medicines and healthcare products.

What you will do

• Complete three rotations across Process Engineering, Project Engineering, and Validation.
• Support biopharmaceutical manufacturing activities including formulation, filling, filter integrity testing, wash and autoclave processes, new product introduction, and capacity expansion.
• Contribute to investigations, batch release support, trend reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Support engineering projects and learn how they are planned and delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Prepare and execute qualification protocols and reports, complete validation documentation, and support the validation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Recent Engineering graduate, having graduated within the past two years.
• Minimum 2.1 degree or Master's qualification in Engineering.
• Available to start the 23-month fixed-term programme in October 2026.
• Good working knowledge of database query tools such as SQL or PL/SQL.
• Relevant practical experience through an internship, work placement, university project, or similar experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, communication, collaboration, and initiative-taking skills.
