Senior Process Technician

Location: Fully on-site at Ballinalee Road, Longford, Ireland; bi-weekly shift rotation between 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm.

Salary: €33,894–€54,230 per year.

What you will do

• Support production operations while maintaining product quality and site efficiency targets.
• Standardize work practices, reduce waste, and support process equipment upgrades and improvements.
• Improve plan attainment and update run rates to help machines meet scrap and productivity targets.
• Follow standard working methods for safety, quality, service, and productivity.
• Apply structured problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot operational issues and escalate complex problems when needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
• Experience in a GMP or ISO Class 8 cleanroom environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Independent problem-solving ability and sound operational judgment.
• Ability to follow production and process specifications and maintain accurate operating records.
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in a related field is highly preferred.
