What you will do

• Provide process engineering support for inspection, assembly, labelling, cartoning, and packaging platforms for prefilled syringes, autoinjectors, and vials.
• Deliver continuous improvement projects for existing equipment, with a focus on output, yield, OEE, and process reliability.
• Lead technical root cause investigations and provide engineering support for process and equipment failures.
• Support new product introductions, capacity expansions, equipment qualification, vendor selection, maintenance planning, design changes, and change controls.
• Analyse machine performance data and lead GPS initiatives, including yield reviews, monitoring, and optimisation.
• Collaborate with MSAT, Technical Development, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other departments while supporting safety and quality programs.

Requirements

• Degree in an engineering discipline.
• Experience working in a highly regulated GMP environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong documentation and protocol generation and execution skills.
• Ability to support process engineering projects within budget and time constraints.
