Remote Technical and Applications Support - Cell Analysis

Location: Remote within the United States; preferred location is Lexington, Massachusetts, with La Jolla, California as a secondary preferred location.

Salary: $43.12–$80.84 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide post-sales technical and applications support for hirify.global Seahorse solutions, cell culture, and flow cytometry through phone, email, live webchat, and other remote tools.
• Investigate and answer questions about instrument hardware, software, consumables, and applications.
• Document customer interactions, follow up on support cases, and close them in a timely manner.
• Follow company processes, including complaint handling and customer concern procedures.
• Collaborate with field and repair center teams and share customer feedback with marketing, product support, and sales.
• Develop technical resources for customers and occasionally travel for internal training and customer service call shadowing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or a related discipline such as biology, biochemistry, or biotechnology.
• 4+ years of hands-on laboratory experience with Seahorse platforms.
• Hands-on experience with flow cytometry and knowledge of metabolism data analysis are preferred.
• Customer-facing experience is beneficial.
• Full proficiency in French would be helpful.

Nice to have

• Experience with BioTek instruments and related applications.
• Previous customer-facing experience.
