Critical Care Support Nurse (RN)

Location: Nashua, NH, United States. Part-time onsite role working 24 hours per week on day/evening shifts, 7 a.m.–7 p.m., every other Saturday and Sunday.

What you will do

• Round on acutely ill patients, identify clinical issues, and respond appropriately.
• Provide expert clinical guidance and policy support to direct-care nurses.
• Mentor nurses and assist during emergencies as part of the clinical care team.
• Deliver direct nursing care requiring critical care interventions.
• Facilitate peer support, critical event debriefings, and nursing education initiatives.
• Maintain specialized clinical skills, including ultrasound-guided IV placement, and evaluate patient outcomes.

Requirements

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current New Hampshire RN licensure required.
• At least five years of critical care nursing experience, including two years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in clinical education, codes, and emergency response.
• Availability for 24 hours per week on every other weekend day/evening shifts.

Nice to have

• CCRN or related specialty certification.
• Pediatric care experience.
• EPIC superuser experience.
