What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day functionality of the client’s space management system.
• Maintain the integrity of CAD floor plans, occupant data, allocation data, and regular or ad hoc reporting.
• Establish and enforce global standards for space naming, allocation models, drawings, reporting, and data governance.
• Administer the client’s space data management system, including user controls, system continuity, training, and CAFM integrations.
• Monitor data quality, measurement standards, KPIs, and compliance with client space allocation processes.
• Guide space planning and FF&E solution development while recommending operational and service improvements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent education, training, and experience in architectural technology, space planning, space data management, data analytics, or occupancy planning.
• Four to eight years of experience in a corporate real estate environment.
• Expertise in CAD/CAFM administration and the methodologies used to generate and analyze allocation deliverables.
• Experience establishing data governance, quality assurance reporting, system standards, and working relationships with partners.
• Ability to support space, occupancy, and utilization data teams and coach space team leadership.
