What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Tableau dashboards with advanced visualizations and AI-generated narrative commentary.
• Build analytics data products that surface drivers, anomalies, recommendations, and continuously available insights for operational and executive users.
• Architect conversational analytics and LLM-integrated workflows using Redshift data to generate performance summaries, anomaly explanations, and strategic narratives.
• Develop the analytics product roadmap and prioritize investments based on business impact across franchise operations, revenue management, and marketing.
• Design scalable data sources, published extracts, Python-generated Excel reports, automated workbooks, and lightweight analytical tools.
• Partner with data science, data engineering, business teams, vendors, and technology providers to ensure reliable delivery, adoption, governance, and data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in analytics, data, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience building Tableau dashboards and analytics data products, including semantic layers, governed metrics, reusable data models, and enterprise reporting infrastructure.
• 5–7 years of advanced SQL experience, with deep experience in AWS Redshift or other columnar databases.
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling, joins, aggregation logic, performance optimization, semantic layer design, and data governance.
• Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex, plus LLM-integrated analytics prototyping.
• Strong communication, stakeholder influence, prioritization, autonomy, and ability to resolve complex data and reporting challenges in a matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau Pulse, Ask Data, and Einstein Discovery integrations.
• Experience with DBVisualizer, DBeaver, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
• Advanced degree in analytics, data, or a related field.
