Senior Developer Advocate (Agentic AI)

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $190K–$258K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's voice across X, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the company blog.
• Create credible, useful, and shareable content for developers.
• Turn product launches into social campaigns, from teasers through launch-day communications.
• Participate directly in developer conversations about agentic AI.
• Track impressions, views, comments, developer awareness, and adoption to measure performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevRel to translate technical work into effective content.

Requirements

• Experience building or growing a developer audience on social media, with measurable results.
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to adapt voice and format across platforms.
• Deep interest in agentic AI and close familiarity with the field.
• Metrics-oriented approach, including forming hypotheses, testing them, and adapting based on engagement data.
• Ability to build and ship quickly while maintaining polish, detail, and quality.

Nice to have

• Genuine interest in voice AI or experience building a voice agent.
• An established developer following on X, TikTok, or another platform.
• Experience at an AI or developer-tools company serving developers.
