What you will do

• Support seasonal merchandising strategies and build category assortments aligned with customer trends, brand positioning, and financial objectives.
• Recommend pricing, promotional, and assortment strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Manage product lifecycles, product setup, item maintenance, pricing, and product information.
• Analyze sales, margin, inventory, customer, market, and competitive trends; prepare business recaps and recommendations for leadership.
• Build vendor relationships and coordinate samples, timelines, deliveries, product cost, quality, and sourcing activities.
• Support seasonal line reviews, product launches, promotional events, presentations, and business reviews.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze merchandising metrics, sales, margin, inventory, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Ability to manage product categories and maintain accurate merchandising systems and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, Product Development, Sourcing, and Merchant leadership.
• Ability to perform general office functions, including sitting, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
