Site Supervisor (Construction)

What you will do

• Oversee daily civil and mechanical installation activities, ensuring safe, on-schedule, and budget-conscious delivery.
• Coordinate contractors and suppliers, including deliveries, site logistics, and material storage.
• Monitor contractor performance through site engagement, inspections, and progress tracking.
• Manage quality-assurance documentation, hold points, and inspections.
• Identify hazards and promote compliance with safety requirements across site activities.
• Plan and sequence work while keeping teams aligned with current drawings, documentation, and the project schedule.

Requirements

• Experience supervising site teams or managing contractors in a construction or project environment.
• Civil or mechanical trade qualification and strong knowledge of site operations and safety compliance.
• White Card, first aid, and high-risk work licences; statutory supervisor certification is desirable.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schedules, and project documentation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, organisation, and coordination skills.
• Valid working rights in Australia, willingness to complete a pre-employment medical assessment and national police check.
