In-Process Inspector (PCB)

Location: Onsite at 6457 Fly Rd, East Syracuse, NY 13057; must be able to train on first-shift hours.

Salary: $47,243–$74,675 per year. An annual or quarterly bonus may apply, and alternative shifts may include a shift premium.

What you will do

• Gather and compile build and technical data into complete deliverables and source inspection packages.
• Review and verify QC deliverables before presenting them to customer representatives.
• Coordinate with supplier quality, receiving, procurement, production, and quality control departments.
• Perform inspections using mechanical and electrical measurement devices, including calipers, gauges, and CMM equipment.
• Collect, update, and review inspection measurements and data.
• Resolve complex assignments independently while maintaining accurate documentation and customer communication.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to read and understand PCB drawings and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Experience or aptitude with calipers, gauges, CMM equipment, and other measurement tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, computer, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative and written tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must comply with applicable ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and TTM export-control procedures; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
