Client Associate (IR Licensed) CIBC Wood Gundy (Financial Services)

Location: Vancouver, BC; on-site full-time Monday through Friday

Annual base salary: $51,500–$60,200 CAD, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Support investment advisors in managing high-net-worth client portfolios.
• Engage directly with clients, provide ongoing support, and improve the client experience.
• Identify business opportunities and assist with investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk tolerance.
• Build relationships through local events, marketing, and outreach activities.
• Stay current on domestic and global investment markets and new financial products.

Requirements

• Current Investment Representative licensing and good standing with CIRO Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID) are required.
• Experience in financial services and/or the brokerage industry.
• Working knowledge of quotation equipment.
• Client-focused communication, relationship-building, business development, and critical-thinking skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
