Client Associate (IR Licensed) CIBC Wood Gundy

Location: On-site full-time in Vancouver, BC, Monday through Friday

Salary: CAD 50,840–59,350 annualized base salary, plus participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Work closely with investment advisors to help manage high-net-worth client portfolios.
• Engage directly with clients, provide support, anticipate needs, and improve the client experience.
• Identify business opportunities and support business development activities.
• Assist with building investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.
• Build relationships through local events, marketing, and community outreach activities.
• Stay current on domestic and global investment market trends and new products.

Requirements

• Current Investment Representative (IR) accreditation in good standing with CIRO Investment Dealer is required.
• Experience in financial services and/or the brokerage industry.
• Working knowledge of quotation equipment.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, business development, and analytical thinking skills.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
