Location: Taguig City, Philippines; hybrid setup with US Shift

What you will do

• Manage project implementation and maintenance from inception through the end of the project life cycle.
• Develop project plans covering timelines, strategies, scheduling, and risk analysis.
• Coordinate deliverables across internal teams, brand personnel, third-party agencies, and technology partners.
• Lead client and internal status meetings, coordinate training, and maintain project documentation.
• Create and review reports, monitor program performance, and analyze trends.
• Forecast program requirements and provide information to finance for monthly billing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent training.
• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience and advanced knowledge of the functional area.
• Ability to manage multiple client assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, documentation, communication, collaboration, and accountability skills.
• Experience guiding cross-functional project teams and providing operational supervision to client programs.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and on a US Shift in Taguig City, Philippines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape and copay or patient assistance programs.
