What you will do
- Lead area portfolio strategy across markets, segments, and territories to drive growth and align with customer needs.
- Translate business direction into execution, including product prioritization, portfolio reviews, rationalization, and new product growth.
- Connect customer and market insights to the new product pipeline and support planning and commercialization.
- Manage strategic product code activities, diversified product reviews, and portfolio rationalization programs.
- Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, market trends, and portfolio performance analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders and manage, coach, and develop team members in a matrixed organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Significant professional experience in portfolio management, product management, strategic marketing, commercialization, or related business leadership.
- Proficiency in data analysis and office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
- Fluent English is required.
