Manager, Security Compliance

Location: Remote-MO; must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship

Salary: $107,700–$199,300 per year

What you will do

• Manage the Security Compliance team and set its strategic direction across enterprise security programs.
• Support hiring, performance management, career development, and risk-based task prioritization for compliance staff.
• Lead the design, evaluation, and oversight of security controls for enterprise projects, programs, applications, and systems.
• Monitor remediation lifecycles, including timelines, action plans, evidence review, documentation, and escalations.
• Identify regulatory changes and support the development of security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Prepare senior-management and Board reporting while improving security KPI and KRI reporting practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in security GRC, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, or CISM certification required.
• CISSP certification preferred.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
