Lead Security Compliance Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote-MO; must be authorized to work in the United States

What you will do

• Lead enterprise security compliance projects from requirements collection and planning through execution, reporting, and closure.
• Develop, improve, and automate security processes to reduce enterprise security risk.
• Design, evaluate, and oversee security controls for projects, programs, applications, and systems.
• Coordinate remediation lifecycles, including action plans, evidence review, timeline tracking, and closure documentation.
• Prepare security compliance reports and documentation for senior management, executive stakeholders, and the Board.
• Develop best practices for security KPI and KRI gathering, reporting, and presentation while leading other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience across security domains.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, HITRUST, and ISO 27001.
• One of the following certifications is required: CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, or CISM.
• U.S. work authorization is required without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
